Bebek Betutu instructions

  1. Beraihkam bebek, lumuri air jeruk nipis & garam, biarkan 15 menit, lalu cuci bersih..
  2. Siapkan wajan, beri sedikit minyak goreng lalu tumis bumbu yg di ulek masukan jg daun jeruk & daun salam..tumis hingga harum & matang..beri sedikit air, masukan garam & gula pasir aduk rata..
  3. Masukan bebek ke dlm wajan, lumuri permukaan bebek dgn tumisan bumbu lalu tutup wajan & ungkep bebek hingga berubah warna & bumbu meresap (pakai api kecil, masak 1 sisi bebek lalu balikkan & masak sisi sebelahnya lg).
  4. Tuang 1/2 campuran air & santan aduk2 hingga santan & bumbu tercampur, tutup wajan & masak hingga air hbs..lalu balik bebek tuang lg sisa air & santan, tutup wajan & masak lg hingga air hbs & bebek matang…jika bebek blm matang/blm empuk tambahkan air panas & masak lg hingga bebek benar2 empuk..
  5. Panggang / bakar bebek sebentar di oven / dgn arang.. Klo di oven: siapkan loyang datar, alasi dgn 1 lbr aluminium foil letakan bebek beserta bumbunya, lalu panggang di oven bersuhu 180°c selama 15-20 menit hingg bumbu terlihat mengering..
