Bebek betutu step by step

  1. Bersihkan bebek lalu lumuri dgn air perasan jeruk nipis dan garam,diamkan 15 menit lalu cuci bersih kembali.
  2. Siapkan wajan,beri minyak goreng,tumis bumbu ulek beserta daun salam dan daun jeruk,tumis hingga matang,beri sedikit air lalu masukan garam dan gula pasir,aduk rata.
  3. Masukan bebek dlm wajan lalu lumuri dgn bumbu ke semua permukaan bebek,tutup wajan,ungkep bebek hingga berubah warna dgn api kecil saja yah…masak 1 sisi bebek lalu balik masak sisi sebelahnya lg.
  4. Masukan 1/2 campuran santan td,aduk rata hingga menyatu dgn bumbu,tutup wajan dan biarkan hingga airnya hbs,balik bebek lalu tuang sisa santan td,aduk rata kembali lalu tutup dan biarkan hingga airnya hbs & bebek matang,jikablm empuk bs di tambah air panas hingga bebek empuk.
  5. Panggang/ bakar bebek dgn arang,atau di oven dgn cara di tata di atas loyang yg sdh di alasi alumunium foil,lalu panggang dgn suhu 180° selama 15-20 menit,angkat dan sajikan 😊.
