  5. You need 10 buah of cabai rawit.

  7. You need 3 buah of cabai kering.

Bebek betutu instructions

  1. Bersihkan bebek, lumuri dg garam dan perasan jeruk nipis. Diamkan kurang lebih 25 menit(waktunya dieamakan saat prepare untuk buat bumbu dan numis). Setelah itu cuci bersih kembali. Dan lumuri dg larutan gula aren dan asam jawa.
  2. Blender/ulek bumbu2 halus.
  3. Kemudian tumis bumbu hingg benar2 matang(kurang lebih 25-30 menit), kemudian tambahkan gula, garam, penyedap secukupnya. Ambil sebagian bumbu untuk daun singkong rebusnya.
  4. Rebus daun singkong lalu peras, campur dg sebagian bumbu. Sisihkan.
  5. Balurkan bumbu pada bebek baik bagian luar atau dalamnya. Isi perut dg daun singkong yg sudah dibumbui hingga penuh. Rapikan dg tusuk gigi pada bagian yg terbuka.
  6. Bungkus bebek dg daun pisang, kukus hingg matang tergantung besar kecil bebek..
  7. Panggang dalam oven, karena aku pakai oven serbaguna airnya akan menetes ke bawah sehingga membuat bebek teksturnya kisat dan kering. Buka bungkusan open kembali dg panci serbaguna bisa dibolak balik supaya agak gosong2 sedikit.
